Head Coach Nathan Cardoza

This will be Cardoza’s fourth year with the Bulldogs. Coach Cardoza has been around soccer all his life, playing recreational and for traveling teams in his high school years in West Plains, Missouri.

In 2012, he moved to Springfield to pursue his college degree in Kinesiology at Missouri State University. During college, Coach Cardoza played in the Premier Development League as well as the Premier Arena Soccer League.

Coach Cardoza started coaching club soccer before being hired as the boys’ JV coach at Springfield Catholic High School. After a season at Catholic, Coach Cardoza took his next coaching position at Republic High School, where he coached both boys’ and girls’ JV teams for two years. After his two years at Republic, Coach Cardoza moved over to Glendale High School and coached both boys’ and girls’ JV teams for five years.

Other than soccer, he is a husband, father and a First Sergeant in the Missouri Army National Guard, where he has been serving for the past 15 years.

Boys + Girls Assistant Coach Ryan Feeney

Coach Feeney is on his third year with the Bulldogs and the Central Soccer coaching staff. He has played soccer since the age of three, continuing through high school at a high level. Coach Feeney spent 7 years playing club soccer for Sporting Springfield, earning a State Championship in that time. During high school he played at Glendale High School as a 4 year varsity athlete finishing with a 3rd place in State title his senior year. Coach Feeney graduated from Missouri State Spring 2024. In his free time he enjoys working outside and spending time with friends and family. 

Boys + Girls Assistant Coach Chris Dudley

Coach Dudley, or Dudley as he is known around the team, is back for his third season with the Bulldogs. Dudley was a three year varsity player in high school at AISL in Lisbon, Portugal. From there he went on to play two seasons at North Central University in Minneapolis, MN before injuries ended his playing days. He spent two seasons on the coaching staff at NCU when his playing days were behind him. During his second season playing at NCU, his team was runner-up in a Christian College National Tournament. Coach Dudley holds a USSF Grassroots 11v.11 License as well as a NFHS Level 1 national credential.
